Key Responsibilities:
Assist production and maintenance teams in daily activities.
Handle material movement, loading, and unloading.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
Support operators and technicians during fabrication or assembly work.
Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times.
Perform any other task assigned by supervisors or the factory head.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of factory operations.
Physically fit and punctual.
Willing to work in a team and follow instructions.
Minimum education: 12 / 10th Pass (preferred).
