Overview & Responsibilities
:
Apprenticeship Fitter



The

Apprenticeship program for Fitter is designed to provide fresher ITI

technicians with a comprehensive on-boarding and experience in an industrial

environment.



Participating

Apprentice will acquire an understanding of the Elliott organization culture, Product lines,

Safe work practices in industry, EHS culture and procedures and 5S, apart from

getting trained in turbine assembly, Fitting work on package, Inspection

activities, various testing methods, Painting, Packing etc. The apprentice will

also be trained on how the stores operate with Material requisitions and Issue

of materials, Kitting, Basic maintenance activities including AMC's etc.



Each

participating apprentice will be assigned to a Elliott Supervisor and a

Technician to train, guide and support.
