We're looking for a

Helpdesk Technician

to provide remote IT support to our team in India. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with solid basic IT knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide

remote end-user support

for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Troubleshoot issues related to

Microsoft 365

, Teams, OneDrive, and email. Handle

backup, system updates, and basic cybersecurity

tasks. Resolve common hardware/software problems and escalate complex cases. Maintain documentation of support activities and ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements:



Good understanding of

Windows/Mac OS

,

Microsoft 365

, and

network basics (Wi-Fi, VPN)

. Experience providing

remote IT support

and basic

cybersecurity

awareness. Strong

troubleshooting

and communication skills. Ability to work independently and ensure smooth tech operations for users.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
