We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our organization as a Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees, guiding their performance, and ensuring the achievement of team goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong ability to motivate and inspire their team members. This is a crucial role that requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage both people and tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management:
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of employees to achieve their objectives and meet performance targets.
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and professional development.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities among team members, ensuring proper workload distribution and effective utilization of resources.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and progress, as well as address any challenges or concerns.
  • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
  • Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members, aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing timely feedback, recognition for achievements, and constructive guidance for improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and assessments, identifying training and development needs and creating action plans to address performance gaps.
  • Implement strategies to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Project and Task Management:
  • Coordinate and prioritize team tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed successfully.
  • Collaborate with other departments or teams to ensure smooth workflow, effective communication, and efficient cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively take corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Communication and Relationship Building:
  • Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management, relaying information, updates, and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Foster open and transparent communication channels within the team, encouraging active participation, sharing of ideas, and constructive feedback.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making:
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, issues, and challenges that arise within the team, applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Make informed decisions based on data analysis, team input, and organizational objectives.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and innovation.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools, project management software, and relevant technology.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Knowledge on ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
