Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer or staff queries via phone, email, or ticketing system Record, track, and manage all service requests and issues Provide first-level troubleshooting for software, login, or access issues Coordinate with technical or IT teams for issue escalation and resolution Maintain daily help desk reports and documentation Guide users with step-by-step instructions or solutions Ensure all requests are resolved within the defined time frame Maintain a professional tone and excellent service quality in all communication

Pay: ₹11,135.85 - ₹13,448.99 per month
