Responsibilities and Duties



Should be responsible to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Responsible to respond to the queries over the phone and via email. Responsible to maintain daily call reports. Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Keep record of problems and their resolution Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. Install computer peripherals for users. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve. Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
