We are looking for a dedicated Helpdesk Executive with excellent communication skills in a US accent to assist our American clients. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding support, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from US clients professionally.
Understand client issues and provide accurate information or solutions promptly.
Maintain records of client interactions and support requests.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
Continuously improve communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent English communication skills with a clear US accent.
Prior experience in helpdesk, technical support, or customer service handling US clients is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Patience and professionalism in handling diverse client queries.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline; higher qualification is a plus.
Work Timings:
US Shifts (Night shifts as per US time zones)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
