Primary responsibility is coordination between the Residents and the Maintenance team. This includes registering the telephonic complaints received at the Help desk & allocating the same to the appropriate technical staff after consulting the Technical / Facility Manager.
Assist the Residents with necessary leads/contacts in case the complaints are out of the scope of the maintenance team. This would be done under the strict guidance of the FM/EC Portfolio.
Update MY GATE/NO BROKER for OPEN / CLOSURE REPORT of all Complaints received. (Phone call Complaints)
Provide Hall Booking, and Rooms assistance to the Residents.
Maintain the Staff File of New Recruits and maintain the NB/Bio Metric data.
Assist the Heads in maintaining their respective Stock Inventories
Maintain a check and control of different Personal trainers and Single man Vendors who are in and out of the Site. Keep Necessary Files of their Personal Information and issue them ID proof to enter the Site. This does not include Delivery Boys and Beauticians but includes the Yoga, Zumba, Karate, and other Educational Coaches who are not on the PRC Payroll but are providing Services on Personal invitation of the Residents
Offer all kinds of assistance to the Facility Manager / Technical and Administrative heads.
Assist the Facility Manager and EC in obtaining quotes and offer assistance in compiling these records.
Professional Maintenance and Upkeep of Quotation Files (all verticals)
Scan and Upload all the Documents on Google drive/ MY GATE/NO BROKER as a part of Record Upkeep
