Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Thane

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience: 6 months to 2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)

Salary: ?15,000 - ?18000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and clearly explain product/service offerings.

Follow up on leads to convert them into successful closures.

Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in the CRM system.

Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Provide basic after-sales support when required.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, Marathi (Knowledge of Tamil, Kannada, Telugu,Bengali is an added advantage)

Ability to build rapport, influence, and persuade customers.

Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, or telesales preferred.

Tele Sales: 1 year
