Job Role:
As a Help Desk Executive, you'll handle employee and driver queries related to office transport. Your job is to solve small issues and keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
? Answer calls/messages from employees about their office travel
? Fix common issues like pickup delays or route changes
? Coordinate with drivers or the support team
? Log issues and share them with the right teams.
Who Can Apply: Female candidates only
Good communication in English or local language
Basic computer skills (email, typing, simple apps)
Excel knowledge basic to intermediate.
