Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Helpdesk Coordinator to manage and track IT support requests. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for technical issues and ensure timely communication and resolution of user concerns.

Key Responsibilities:



Receive and log support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system Assign tickets to the appropriate IT support personnel Monitor ticket status and ensure timely follow-ups and closures Communicate effectively with users regarding issue status and resolutions Maintain records of issues, solutions, and user feedback Generate reports on helpdesk activities and performance Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and updates

Requirements:



Basic knowledge of IT systems and terminology Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems (preferred) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any stream (IT background preferred)

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
