?We are hiring a dedicated Helpdesk Executive to support our Facility Management team in Varthur, Bangalore.
?Role Snapshot:
?Ticket Logging: Record all facility maintenance requests.
?Call Handling: Professionally manage user calls regarding facility issues.
?Coordination: Coordinate maintenance requests between users, the Operations Team, and Technical/Vendor Teams.
?SLA Follow-ups: Ensure timely closure of tickets as per service agreements.
?Reporting: Prepare basic MIS reports on service requests.
