This position Includes 6days working, Rotational Shift (including Night Shift) and Rotational week off

Required Skills:

Excellent communication. Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills. Diagnosing and resolving problems related to operating systems, applications, network connectivity, hardware malfunctions, and software installations on users' desktops. Utilizing remote desktop tools to access users' computers and perform troubleshooting steps directly. Installing new software applications, updating existing software, and configuring settings according to company policies and user requirements. Providing technical guidance to users on basic computer operations, troubleshooting steps, and answering questions regarding software usage. Creating and managing user accounts, resetting passwords, and managing access permissions. Documenting user issues within a ticketing system, tracking progress, and updating status on resolved issues. Applying security patches and updates to operating systems and software to maintain system integrity. Assisting with basic hardware troubleshooting, identifying potential hardware failures, and coordinating replacements when necessary. Identifying complex issues that require escalation to higher-level technical support teams. Contributing to and updating internal knowledge base with troubleshooting procedures and solutions Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, common applications, network protocols, and basic hardware troubleshooting. Expertise in using remote desktop software like TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), or similar tools. Ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Clear and concise communication to explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical knowledge. Excellent interpersonal skills to provide a positive user experience and resolve issues promptly. Ability to document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions clearly
