to join our Facility Management team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all facility-related queries, ensuring prompt and efficient support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for facility-related issues and service requests
Log and track complaints, maintenance issues, and service calls through helpdesk software
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and vendor teams for timely resolution
Maintain and update daily reports, logs, and records of facility activities
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure closures within SLA timelines
Support in organizing periodic facility inspections and audits
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Facility Manager
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with facility policies
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar helpdesk or facility coordination role
Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office and helpdesk/CRM software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving attitude
Any diploma or degree in Facility Management, Administration, or related field is a plus
