We are hiring a

Help Desk Executive

for premium residential projects --

DLF Magnolia & The Aralias

. The role involves managing resident queries, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring high-quality front-office operations in a luxury residential environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests. Log and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping service requests. Maintain daily reports, visitor records, and complaint registers. Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and facility teams.

Qualifications & Experience:



Degree or Diploma (preferably in Hospitality, Administration, or related field).

1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry

(mandatory). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software preferred.
