Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries from customers/clients.
Provide accurate information and basic troubleshooting support.
Register, track, and resolve customer complaints or service requests.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Prepare daily and weekly reports of helpdesk activities.
Follow company policies and service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or undergraduate (any stream).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or customer support role.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
