Provide accurate information about products, services, or job opportunities.
Record and maintain all customer interactions and issue logs.
Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications.
Generate daily and weekly call or report summaries.
Assist in basic administrative and data-entry tasks.
