Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner Provide step-by-step guidance to troubleshoot software/hardware issues Log and track issues using helpdesk software or ticketing system Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams Maintain records of daily interactions and technical issues Assist in setting up new systems, passwords, and access rights Follow company procedures and ensure excellent customer service Prepare simple reports on recurring problems or service requests
