Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1.Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests and user complaints.

2.Assign service calls to appropriate technical team members based on priority and issue type.

3.Monitor open tickets and follow up to ensure resolution within defined SLA (Service Level Agreement).

4.Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to helpdesk operations.

5.Track call status and escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.

6.Maintain records of user complaints, service requests, and resolution details.

7.Coordinate with users and IT teams to schedule site visits, remote support, or hardware replacements.

8.Maintain user activity logs and system access tracking as required.9.Support inventory tracking and helpdesk documentation efforts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
