We are looking for a wordsmith with a hunger for great ideas. As our Junior Copywriter, you won't just be "filling in the blanks"--you'll be helping us define how brands talk to the world. You'll work across digital, print, and social, turning complex briefs into simple, compelling stories.

A Junior Copywriter is an entry-level creative professional responsible for generating the "words" (copy) that bring advertising campaigns to life. They typically work under the guidance of a Senior Copywriter or Creative Director and often partner with a

Junior Art Director

to form a creative "team."

Core Responsibilities

Ideation & Brainstorming:

Participating in "blue sky" sessions to develop big-picture concepts for clients.

Multi-Channel Execution:

Writing punchy headlines for billboards, engaging captions for social media (TikTok/Instagram), clear body copy for websites, and scripts for radio or video.

Brand Voice Alignment:

Learning to mimic a client's specific "personality," whether it's professional, irreverent, or luxury.

Proofing & Editing:

Ensuring every deliverable is grammatically perfect and adheres to the client's legal and brand guidelines.

Research:

Digging into target audiences and competitor trends to ensure the message hits the mark
