Job Description

User Support:

Respond to technical inquiries and issues via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-person).

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve problems with software (e.g., Microsoft Office, applications) and hardware (e.g., printers, PCs, mobile devices).

Problem Resolution:

Guide users step-by-step, research solutions, and provide clear corrective actions.

Ticket Management:

Log, track, route, and document all help desk interactions and resolutions.

Account Management:

Perform tasks like password resets and account unlocks.

System Maintenance:

Assist with software updates, installations, and basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN).

Escalation:

Identify and escalate urgent or complex issues to higher-level support teams.

Documentation & Training:

Update knowledge bases and train users on new systems and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,960.33 - ₹53,316.25 per month
