Job Description

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues Provide step-by-step technical assistance to customers Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and problem resolutions Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus Proven experience as a Help Desk Representative or similar customer support role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
