Your Team

Check Point is looking for a Help Desk Team Leader to join the IT team and take part in leading the service to Check Point's employees around the world. You will lead a young, dynamic, and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to provide the best service to Check Point's employees.
The right candidate is highly service-oriented, likes to work in a hectic environment, and has vast technical knowledge. You will gain great experience in a High Tech environment and also managerial experience in a dynamic, and fast-paced company.

You will manage a small team that is responsible for the following:

• Tier 1 support: Reception (Walk-in), phone calls, portal tickets
• On-Site Support for India office (Training classes, Conference Rooms, etc.)
• PC operation: stock mgmt, ordering, Installations & deliveries across APAC region
• Tier 1 of IT Networking, security, and system
• Support employees who are working from home

• Manage a small help desk team
• Make sure your team and you provide excellent service for Check Point employees.
• Meet SLA and other services KPIs
• Deal with Technical and managerial escalations
• Implementing and tracking the working process/ procedures to support customers.
• Lead Projects
• Team meetings and 1:1

• At least 2 year of managerial experience working in Global help desk- must
• 5 years' experience in Help Desk support roles
• Strong working knowledge of PCs, Office suite, basic networking, PC security
• High service orientation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent/Native English level
