We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Help Desk Support professional to assist with troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for software, hardware, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Raise, track, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
Ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Fresher to 6 months
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
