About the Role:
We are seeking a well-spoken and organized
Help Desk Operator
to handle customer queries, support client relationships, and coordinate communication across teams. Ideal for graduates with strong soft skills and 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities

. Respond to client queries via phone, email, or chat.
2.Maintain positive client relationships and follow up on concerns.
3.Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
4. Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
Skills
1.
Graduate (BAJMC/BBA preferred).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools.
4. Strong relationship-building and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
