Job Description

We are looking for a

Help Desk Executive / Education Counsellor

to join our training institute's student support team. You will be the first point of contact for students interested in our career-oriented courses. Your role will be to answer inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, provide course details, and guide students through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to students who have shown interest in our courses. Attend incoming calls and respond to inquiries about available training programs. Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities. Follow up with students and maintain proper records in CRM. Schedule counseling appointments and ensure a smooth admission process. Provide basic support for student queries during and after course enrollment.

Requirements:



Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Good communication skills in English and any local language. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. Interest in education, sales, or counselling is a plus. Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
