To manage and support help desk and asset-related operations by efficiently handling service requests and complaints, ensuring accurate data tracking through Excel, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role focuses on smooth desk operations, timely issue resolution, and service coordination at the BKC location, supporting operational continuity in a contractual capacity
Key Requirements
Prior experience in running help desk operations, including desk ops and service coordination
Strong telephone and verbal communication skills
Experience in complaint handling, logging, tracking, and closure
Proficient in MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and tracking
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Pick up & Drop provided from a particular location)
Language proficiency: English, Hindi, and Marathi
