Duties/ Responsibilities
Attend all inbound client calls and respond with accuracy and courtesy
Follow up on missed calls and ensure timely client communication
Understand client queries and redirect them to the appropriate department
Coordinate effectively with Processing, Grievance, and Sales teams
Maintain proper call records and update query status regularly
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional and empathetic interaction
Handle basic troubleshooting and service-related information sharing
Maintain a calm and polite tone under pressure
Required Skills:
Fluency in English and Malayalam

Working knowledge of
Hindi and Tamil

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused and patient in handling queries
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
