Job Description

1. Greetings the clients.

2. Managing all incoming and outgoing calls.

3. Maintaining the front desk spic and span.

4. Receive the resident's complaints and follow up with maintenance Dept to rectify the problems.

5. Monitoring visitors register.

6. Documentation.

7. Client relationship management.

8. Documentation of the reports, mails etc.

9. Delivery Note, Gate Pass & Transmittal form Material Receiving Report.

10. Maintaining courier records.

11. Listing the details of vendors and entering to the system

12. Amenities booking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
