Job Description

We are looking for a

Customer Relationship Manager

to manage front-desk operations and ensure excellent customer service. The role includes greeting clients, answering calls, handling residents' complaints, and coordinating with the maintenance team. You will maintain visitor and staff records, prepare daily reports, assist HR with staff updates, and follow up on ID cards and uniforms. Other tasks include managing office supplies, petty cash, vendor and courier records, amenities booking, and issuing maintenance notices. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and have good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
