We are looking for a

Help Desk Executive

who can handle customer queries, communicate effectively in English, and ensure a smooth support experience. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities



Handle customer queries via

calls, emails, and chat

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues Log issues and maintain proper documentation Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution Follow up with customers until the issue is fully resolved Maintain professionalism, clarity, and polite communication Meet daily and weekly support targets

Requirements



Experience:

Fresher to 1 Year

Strong

English communication skills

(written & verbal) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email drafting, typing) Problem-solving attitude and patience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric and positive approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
