The Help Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing accurate information, assistance, and guidance in

English and Hindi

administrative and visitor support

, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, guests, and staff in a professional manner. Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information in English and Hindi. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per security protocols. Respond to inquiries regarding services, directions, and general information. Coordinate with internal departments for visitor requirements or meeting arrangements. Manage help desk records and ensure timely follow-up on pending requests. Ensure the reception/help desk area is organized and presentable at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline.

Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
