We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Help Desk Associate
to handle complaints and support requests efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and handle customer complaints via phone, email, WhatsApp, in person or CRM
Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required
Maintain proper records of complaints, actions taken, and resolutions
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after resolution
Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with complaints
Adhere to company policies and service standards
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle complaints patiently and professionally
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM systems preferred)
Problem-solving and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure
