Customer Support Coordinator / Telecalling Executive
to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions over the phone, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Job Responsibilty:
Handle inbound calls and provide information about products/services.
Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records in Excel and CRM software.
Follow up with customers as needed and coordinate with internal teams.
Ensure prompt and professional communication with customers.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Excel and CRM tools
.
Comfortable using a computer for data entry and documentation.
Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
