Check Point is looking for a Help Desk tier-1 adminstarator to join the IT team and take part in leading the service to Check Point's employees around the world. You will be part of young, dynamic, and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to provide the best service to Check Point's employees world wide. .
The right candidate is highly service-oriented, likes to work in a hectic environment, and has vast technical knowledge. You will gain great experience in a High Tech environment and also managerial experience in a dynamic, and fast-paced company.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Check Point is looking for a Help Desk System Administrator to be responsible for:

  • Microsoft Windows clients support (Windows 7/10).
  • Desktop/laptop installation and configuration.
  • PC hardware and software incidents' troubleshooting.
  • Active Directory and Exchange 2010.
  • PC preparation and shipment
  • Printers and scanners troubleshooting.
Your Knowledge & Skills
  • 2-3 years of experience of Microsoft Windows support (7/10/ Server 2008/2012).
  • PC/network connectivity knowledge (Ethernet, TCP/IP).
  • Advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • Customer orientation and great communication skills.
  • Mac OS X ,Linux knowledge - an advantage.
