An Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven individual to join us as a Sales/Marketing Executive, responsible for site visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should hold a BE/BTech or Diploma in Civil Engineering, possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler, and be a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience. A strong passion for fieldwork and building relationships within the construction industry is essential. The maximum age limit is 28 years.
Key Competencies:
Site Visits & Lead Generation - Conduct 120 site visits per month to generate potential leads. Target 60% of visits to new or non-user sites. Aim to achieve a monthly volume target of 100 MT. Provide product demonstrations and drive lead conversion.
Contractor Engagement - Identify potential contractors and enroll them in the AAA Loyalty Program. Provide handholding and support to enrolled contractors to improve performance and engagement.
Dealer Counter Activities - Organize and conduct promotional and engagement activities at dealer counters. Activities include consumer camps, IHB (Individual Home Builder) clinics, counter meets for masons and contractors, etc.
