Needs to have hands-on experience in trouble-shooting and shall be able to fix issues immediately. Needs to have hands-on experience in CMDB, integrations and AR System configurations. Needs to have knowledge on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Helix ITSM modules Needs to have hands-on experience in ITSM modules (tickets modules, CMDB, Smart Reporting, DevOps solutions etc.) Accurate and timely reporting of all MIS to Operations, Senior Management and other customers. Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management/Problem management/change Management and making recommendations for improvement Good understanding of foundation Data Design and Data Load Coordination and management of Major Incident Management process activities Ability to identify problems at an early stage and solve them effectively Preparation of forecasts, and evaluation of the actual impact of changes Ensuring timely handling of all service requests submitted to the Service Desk Qualification - Engineering degree or equivalent degree 4 to 6 years of experience in Helix/Remedy ITSM
