Discover the Role

We are seeking a skilled BMC Helix Chatbot Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in developing and maintaining chatbots using the BMC Helix platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing chatbot solutions to enhance our customer service and support operations.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business owners, service owners, knowledge owners, and project managers to align chatbot development with business objectives. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges. Design and develop chatbots using BMC Helix Virtual Agent Create conversational dialogues that align with identified business use cases. Integrate chatbots with BMC Helix applications such as Digital Workplace and Business Workflows. Identify top services and knowledge articles that can be automated through chatbots. Document user interactions to define intents and utterances for chatbot development. Test chatbots to ensure they meet business requirements and user expectations. Deploy chatbots on designated channels such as Digital Workplace.

Key Requirements

Programming Languages Like Python, JavaScript, and Java Natural Language Processing (NLP) Large Language Model (LLM) BMC Helix Virtual Agent Machine Learning API Integration: User Experience (UX) Design Data Analysis

Key Requirements:

3-7 years of experience in chatbot development, with BMC Helix Virtual Agent. Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Team player. Constant learner & self-motivated person. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work without direct supervision. Ability to work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiar with ITIL & ITSM principles.
