Job Purpose:

To communicate with customs officials, suppliers, and others involved in imports. To clear the shipments from the Dubai Airport with up-to-date documents.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

A Dubai Airport customs clearance driver for a Flowers and Plants, Fruits and Vegetable company needs to know import regulations well. They must pay attention to detail when handling documentation, follow quarantine rules, and coordinate with shipping agents. They also need to communicate effectively with customs officials, suppliers, and others involved in imports. Their main goal is to clear perishable goods through customs smoothly. Being punctual, reliable, and able to work well under pressure are important for success in this role.

Attention to detail in processing documentation, Ensuring compliance with quarantine regulations and coordinating logistics with shipping agents. Liaise effectively with customs officials, suppliers, and other relevant parties involved in the import process. Smooth clearance of perishable goods through customs. Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work well under pressure are also key attributes for success in this role. Perform other duties as and when required.
