Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product & Material Transportation

Safely transport marble, tiles, and sanitaryware products from the showroom/warehouse to client locations. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per schedule. Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling to avoid damages.

2. Customer & Staff Transportation

Drive staff or customers when required for visits to client sites, supplier meetings, or other business-related needs. Maintain professional behavior and ensure a comfortable ride for passengers.

3. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

Conduct routine checks on the vehicle (oil, brakes, fuel, tire pressure, etc.) to ensure proper functioning. Always keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition. Report any vehicle issues or necessary repairs to the management immediately. Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

4. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance. Ensure all vehicle documents (registration, insurance, permits, etc.) are up to date. Adhere to showroom protocols for product handling and transportation safety.

5. Assistance in Showroom, Warehouse & General Office Functions

Help with arranging materials in the showroom or warehouse. Provide assistance in handling returns or exchanges of products. Assist in general office tasks such as document delivery, bank work, or other administrative errands.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Aluva, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

heavy load carrying vehicle: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:

Heavy vehicle license (Required)
