Operate heat-treatment furnaces (annealing, hardening, tempering, normalizing).
Set and monitor temperature, soaking time, and cooling cycles.
Conduct hardness tests (Rockwell/Brinell) and ensure product quality.
Maintain furnace logs, process sheets, and production records.
Perform basic maintenance of furnaces and report breakdowns.
Follow all safety and ISO quality standards.
