Perform heat treatment processes (hardening, tempering, annealing, normalizing).
Set and monitor furnace parameters as per process requirements.
Ensure product quality as per metallurgical specifications.
Maintain temperature records and process documentation.
Coordinate with quality and production teams.
Follow safety and quality standards.
