This role requires a strategic thinker who can open high-value accounts, build long-term partnerships.Job description - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers: architects, facility managers, procurement heads, and sustainability officers.- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.- Drive business expansion by on boarding B2B & B2C clients, Architects, Interior Designers.- Outreach to B2B clients demonstrate the product and do closures.- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.- Think critically when planning to assure project success.- Successfully generate business from new and existing customer accounts.- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Required Skills - Candidate should be focused and have good communication skills.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.- 4-6 years' prior business development experience.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent.- Candidate having experience in b2b Sales, time share selling, solution selling, interior project based product selling etc. will be an additional advantage.
