We are looking for a smart, well-presented individual with excellent communication and technical skills to assist our patients
after their hearing aids have been fitted
.
You will play a key role in patient education, device troubleshooting, and ensuring each patient feels confident using their hearing aids -- including features like
Bluetooth connectivity
and
smartphone pairing
.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one patient counselling and aftercare support.
Educate patients on the use, care, and maintenance of their hearing aids.
Assist with smartphone and Bluetooth connectivity for hearing devices.
Help patients with troubleshooting common device issues.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and support provided.
Work closely with audiologists to ensure smooth patient follow-up.
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Technically inclined -- comfortable with smartphones, Bluetooth devices, and apps.
Presentable, patient, and empathetic in dealing with elderly clients.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in customer service, tech support, or healthcare assistance is a plus (but not essential).
Training will be provided.
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree or diploma (any discipline with good communication and tech aptitude).
Preferred: Experience in a hearing aid clinic or similar healthcare support role.
