?We're looking for an Sales expert to join our Gauze Team. Gauze is a platform for modern medical computing that brings together clinical data and decision logic to support scalable, system-wide reasoning. It operates at the infrastructure layer, turning fragmented records into structured, searchable, and extensible data flows that integrate across systems. Gauze is more than a tool - it's a new foundation for building reliable, transparent, and deployable intelligence in healthcare systems. With its proven commerce and AI tech stack, Fynd is now extending into healthcare -- leveraging its strengths in data, interoperability and platform scalability to deliver digital health solutions that integrate SaaS and SaMD into provider and payer ecosystems.

What will you do at Fynd?

Drive new?logo and expansion revenue for our SaaS and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) product lines in India, focusing on healthcare providers, payers, and digital health organizations. Own the end?to?end sales cycle -- from territory planning and prospecting to discovery, ROI storytelling, negotiation, and close. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline targeting enterprise healthcare customers across Mumbai and key Indian metros. Navigate complex deals with multi?stakeholder environments -- engage clinical, IT/security, procurement, and leadership teams (CIO, CMIO, CNIO, CISO, VP Population Health, and Service Line Leaders).
o Collaborate with cross?functional teams (Clinical, Regulatory, Security, Product) to ensure compliant and successful go?lives. o Lead pilots and proof?of?concept programs, define success criteria, measure clinical and financial outcomes, and drive enterprise?scale adoption. o Represent Fynd at conferences, webinars, and industry events, establishing our brand presence in the healthtech ecosystem.
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce/HubSpot, following structured methodologies like MEDDICC, SPICED, or Challenger.


Some specific Requirements

Experience: 5-10 years of B2B healthtech or enterprise SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years selling to providers and/or payers. Performance: Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing enterprise deals Technical Fluency: Understanding of healthcare interoperability (EHR workflows, HL7, FHIR, APIs, DICOM) and information security (SSO/OIDC, SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST). SaMD Literacy: Familiarity with regulatory and clinical validation concepts such as FDA SaMD, EU MDR, DPDP, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971. Sales Skills: Mastery in complex deal management, financial justification (ROI/TCO), and executive relationship?building.
o Negotiation & Contracts: Experience handling legal/procurement redlines, pricing models (volume?tiered, outcomes?based), and MSAs/order forms. o Tools: Salesforce/HubSpot CRM, Gong/Chorus, Outreach/Salesloft, CPQ.
Education: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences; MBA/MPH preferred.
