Job Description

- Act as the primary contact for customer accounts post-sale.- Guide customers through onboarding and training processes.- Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions to improve product usage and satisfaction.- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to ensure high levels of retention and growth.- Handle client queries in a timely and professional manner.- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.- Monitor customer health and usage data to identify risks and opportunities.- Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal teams for continuous improvement.- Prepare and present reports on account status, renewal forecasts, and KPIs.
