We are hiring for the

healthcare process

in an international BPO environment. The role involves assisting customers and providers with their healthcare-related queries and processing claims or transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and/or back-office transactions related to healthcare insurance, claims processing, or medical billing. Resolve customer and provider queries related to insurance coverage, claims status, and policy information.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education

: HSC / Graduate (any stream)

Experience

:

Candidates with BPO, healthcare, claims, or AR experience preferred Good communication skills (verbal and written)Willingness to work in

rotational night shifts (US shift timings)

Ability to handle high-volume transactions or calls efficiently

Shift:

Night shift (US Shift) 5.30pm - 8am | Two Rotational offs

Salary:

Salary 27,000 To 42,000 in hand (depending on experience and last drawn) + Incentives
