Job Description

The role of a

Healthcare Voice Executive

is to handle inbound calls from customers and

explain an Emergency Care Insurance Plan

offered by a reputed hospital. The executive's responsibility is to

educate customers clearly

, answer their questions, and guide interested customers towards plan sign-up.

This is a

day-shift voice process

with structured calling and reporting.

Nature of Work

Handle

inbound customer calls

professionally Explain details of the

Emergency Care Insurance Plan

Share accurate information about: Hospital locations Pricing Plan benefits Sign-up options Educate customers during the

first call itself

and encourage enrollment Make

outbound follow-up calls

to customers who need more clarity before sign-up Maintain call discipline and follow the defined calling process Prepare and send

daily call reports

as instructed
Work Schedule

Shift 1:

7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Shift 2:

3:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Working Days:

Monday to Sunday

Weekly Off:

1 day (rotational)

Work Week:

6 days

Compensatory Off:

Provided for National Holidays
Positions & Experience Requirement

Level 1 - Voice / Sales Executive (4 Positions)

1-2 years of Tele-Sales or Calling experience

Level 2 - Senior Sales / Closure Executive (5 Positions)

3-4 years of Sales or Voice Process experience

Team Coach (1 Position)

5-7 years of overall experience
Language Requirements

Candidates must be able to communicate in:

English Kannada Hindi
Skills Required

Clear and confident communication skills Ability to explain information patiently and accurately Comfort with voice calling and customer interaction Basic understanding of sales or customer handling Knowledge of
