to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in healthcare training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach and develop teams in a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on healthcare processes, guidelines, and client-specific requirements.
Develop, update, and implement training modules, presentations, SOPs, and assessments.
Deliver soft skills, process training, and compliance-related training as needed.
Identify performance gaps and provide coaching or refresher training to improve efficiency and quality.
Monitor trainee progress, maintain training records, and prepare performance reports.
Ensure alignment with client expectations, process updates, and industry standards.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to ensure smooth training-to-production transition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Healthcare Trainer (preferably in a BPO environment).
Strong knowledge of healthcare processes such as RCM, claims, insurance, denials, or medical billing (based on company requirements).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage groups, conduct assessments, and handle floor support.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic process environment.
Preferred Attributes:
Certification in healthcare or medical coding (added advantage).
Experience working with US/International healthcare processes.
Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
