Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support
Handle inbound calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and chat queries from patients.
Resolve patient concerns professionally with empathy and accuracy.
Build strong relationships through clear and effective communication.
Outbound Communication
Make outbound calls to patients/leads enquiring about OPD, IPD, and treatments.
Follow up with leads from social media, website queries, Google, WhatsApp, and campaigns.
Provide treatment information, schedule appointments, and guide patient journeys.
Inbound Call Handling
Attend calls from domestic and international patients.
Provide quick, clear, and helpful responses.
Log and document all interactions properly.
Customer Service Excellence
Listen actively to patient needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain a polite, confident, and positive communication tone.
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
Operational Responsibilities
Manage email support, chat support, blended processes, and BPO voice services.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth patient handling.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Work Hours & Shifts
12-hour shift per day
2 weekly offs
(Rotational)
Night shift mandatory (Day/Morning shift readiness preferred if required).
Language Requirements
Excellent written and spoken
English communication
is mandatory.
Ability to manage communication with international patients is essential.
Experience Required
Minimum
2 years experience
in English-based voice process (BPO/Healthcare).
Experience in counselling, front desk, telecalling, or telesales preferred.
Candidate must be graduated and Excellent Command in English will be given preference.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of experience in telesales/telecalling/customer support.
Strong command of English and professional communication skills.
